Hi, I'm Gokulakannan S(Gokul), an AI Practitioner and Engineer specializing in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI. With 3+ years in the IT industry as an Azure Cloud Engineer and AI Engineer, I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Applied Machine Learning at the University of Maryland, College Park, exploring topics like AI interpretability. About me

Hi, I am Gokul, an Applied ML graduate student at UMD.

Previously I worked as an AI Engineer at Centre for Responsible AI, IITM under the guidance of Dr. Sudarsun Santhiappan. Owing to my passion for research, I have contributed to several labs, scientists and professors some of them include Prof Sainyam Galhotra(Cornell University), Prof Procheta Sen (University of Liverpool), Prof Jing Zhang(UC Irvine), Prof Tarak Patra(Patra Research Lab, IITM) and Dr. Rosly Lyngdoh(ISRO). I am glad and grateful that I have been mentored by them!

Professionally I have contributed as Azure Cloud Engineer(1 year) and ML Engineer(2 years) at Eli Lilly and ThirdAI Automations(3 months).

I am passionate about AI and I love building products that use AI.
